The staff and everyone around are so lovely and make the paitent the number one priority and how we felt into alot
of concideration. Was very comforting to be around and always made sure I was okay... Wouldn't change anything.thank you!!

Everyone was lovely, procedure room was terrifying and way too many staff but all made me feel very comforted and were all kind and patient with me

The lady I spoke to, [name removed], was lovely. She took the time to listen to me explain my story and she allowed me to speak honestly without any judgement. As a sufferer of anxiety (telephone calls are a big trigger) I cannot express how lovely it was to have a heartfelt person at the other end of the phone, listening and making sure your care is covered all round. I have never had to go through this before, had I not of lost my brother 2 weeks ago and if my health could withstand the pregnancy, I may never have spoken to [name removed], but in my case, I’m glad I had her at the end of the phone helping me through with care and consideration. Not once did I feel rushed or just “another patient”.
I wasn’t going to take any counselling, but after I spoke to [name removed], I realised it’s easier to talk to a stranger about your troubles. So I have my first session in a weeks time. Again, thanks to [name removed].
She’s a credit to your company.

I honestly feel overwhelmed with the support I was given in theatre. I really struggled with anxiety of going under and I felt completely supported and will honestly forever be grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you so much for everything.

The consultation never asked about why I was deciding to end or if I needed to discuss it further. Which was what I though a consultation was about

All the staff were amazing lovely and very supportive I was made to feel very comfortable and with my fear of needles all the nurses were so lovely and stayed with me every step of the way to make sure I felt okay. The after care was amazing and I was given a hot chocolate and lots of biscuits to make me feel better. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore they met all my needs and more

All staff who were involved with my care today were compassionate, sympathetic and non judgmental. I would definitely recommend this service to any other woman who finds themselves ever in my situation.
